Hygiene has always been CY Catering Services top priority. CY Catering Services, implements the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points System, HACCP, which provides the most efficient preventative approach and monitors all stages of production, storage and distribution. The certificates have been awarded to CY Catering Services, by approved bodies such as the Hellenic Organization for Standardization ELOT-GREECE (NO.03.13/022) and KEP-CYPRUS (NO.HACCP.03.004).

Our unit operates an in-house microbiological laboratory, which is fully furnished with modern technology equipment. Its hygiene inspectors carry out microbiological tests on all food and water samples, so that the highest possible level of food safety is assured.


In an attempt to satisfy one of the most important requests of the customers, CY Catering Services has made a large investment in security. Inclusive control on all people and vehicles entering or leaving the unit is carried out.
