Payments are accepted through IATA Clearing House, via a Handling Agent or by Cash.

The Unit's Control Office operating on a 24 hours basis accepts meal orders from Handling Agents and Airlines by telex, telefax or email.

The Unit is HACCP certified, has its own microbiological laboratory with 2 Hygiene Inspectors.

The two entrance gates to the Unit are guarded on a 24-hour basis by a private security Company. In addition there is a CCTV system with cameras.

A special menu planning team who takes into consideration customer’s proposals designs menus.

8. What is the range of meals produced at the Unit?
The Unit produces Club, Economy and Crew meals for both Charter and Schedule Airlines. The production range consists from all kinds of meals such as Breakfast, Cold Meals, Hot Meals, etc either fresh or frozen. Furthermore all kinds of Special Meals are produced.

The Unit's production capacity is up to 15,000 meals per day.

The Unit has a universal fleet of highloaders suitable for all aircraft types. Services are also offered to ad hoc flights.
